  • What areas do you serve?

    We proudly serve Cheras, the entire Klang Valley, and the Selangor region, ensuring that a wide range of clients can benefit from our services.

  • How far in advance should I book my cleaning session?

    While we can accommodate last-minute requests when possible, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 48 hours for weekends to ensure availability.

  • Can I request the same cleaner for every visit?

    We make every effort to accommodate your preference for the same cleaner on each visit, providing continuity and a more personalized service.

  • What are PT Clean's operating hours?

    Our Cleaner are available seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, with the last call at 5:00 pm. Our office and customer service representatives are ready to assist you from Monday to Friday, also between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. 

  • Is It Possible to Make Last-Minute Changes or Cancel Appointments?

    We generally discourage last-minute changes or cancellations, but we do recognize that emergencies can occur. For routine cleaning and upholstery cleaning services, you can cancel at no charge if done 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the service time slot is permitted. However, last-minute cancellations made within 24 hours before the service time will incur a RM30.00 cancellation fee per session.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments through bank transfer and We accept the cash payments also. 

  • Are your cleaning staff trained and experienced?

    Yes, all our cleaning staff undergo rigorous training and are highly experienced in their respective roles. We ensure that they are well-prepared to provide top-quality cleaning services.
