I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the cleaning service provided by your team during my recent booking. After a detailed counter-check, I found that many areas were missed, particularly the higher parts of windows and cabinets. The floors were still dusty, and the toilets were not cleaned properly. As a result, I had to clean the entire house again the very next day.Additionally, the cleaners arrived an hour late yet requested an extension of cleaning hours, which was highly inconvenient. To add to my frustration, the supervisor insisted that I fill out the feedback form positively and give a 5-star review, which I now regret as it does not reflect the actual service quality. I would like to amend my rating and ensure that future customers are aware of these issues.
