NEVER TAKE UP THEIR SERVICE!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this team. They arrived with four cleaners and a supervisor, yet I still had to leave my workplace three separate times just to monitor their work—despite the supervisor being present on-site.
For a post-renovation cleaning service, the methods used were extremely unprofessional. Much of the work was done manually, to the extent that they used dishwashing scrub pads to remove stubborn floor stains. This is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, one of the cleaners stepped on and broke my window coping. The supervisor repeatedly denied this, even going as far as recording a video and claiming the damage was pre-existing. It was only after we informed them that we had a witness that they finally admitted the damage was caused by their staff.
Additionally, the team used abrasive green scrub pads on my toilet doors, resulting in significant scratches on both doors. After the job was completed, your team lead, Ryan, visited the site. I showed him the damages, and he acknowledged that they were caused by his team. He then requested a quotation for the replacement, which I promptly provided.
However, I was then told by another member of your management team, Oscar who was not present on-site—that these damages were not caused by your staff. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
The cost of the damages amounts to RM2,000 for the doors and RM500 for the window coping repair. Despite submitting the quotations, your team has refused to take responsibility or provide compensation.
What kind of business operates this way—failing to take accountability for damages caused by its own team? This lack of integrity is deeply concerning.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the Consumer Tribunal.

I initially felt the cleaners were not meeting my expectations. However, the situation completely turned around once the supervisor, Bernard, personally came to my house. He immediately addressed the issues, corrected the team, and ensured a one time free touch-up service as a gesture of goodwill to truly sparkle my house! I engaged Sutharshini and her team for deep cleaning, curtain cleaning, mattress cleaning, sofa and dining chair cleaning, and servicing of four aircon units.
From the start, their customer service was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. On cleaning day, the team arrived a little bit late due to traffic but I was well informed. They were fully equipped and got to work right away. The team were cheerful, efficient, and professional throughout.
At the end, Sutharshini walked me through the results with a detailed checklist for acknowledgement. The cleaning was thorough, and the aircon servicing team did a great job as well.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the work. Highly recommended.

My initial experience with them was very bad (1 star), gave the feedback to the supervisor and only received a “won’t happen again next time” reply. I decided to leave the feedback on google reviews and the manager contacted me personally to understand the situation and offered a touch up cleaning service of 2 hours. This time the manager himself came to supervise and made sure the cleaning was clean and i’m happy with the results of the touch up cleaning. However, my concern is if I were to have them clean biweekly going forward, would the consistency and quality be the same? 50/50?
I was also told to delete my previous bad review and give you a 5 star but i find that misleading to other consumers so I've told your manager that I would update my review instead.
Overall, I’m happy that they are willing to improve on the services but not sure if it’ll happen.
